Morning workers got bad attitude. One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I been to. The man that works in the counter in the morning is extremely rude and unprofessional. He seems pretty miserable about his life and Imma pray for him.
People walking in the drive-thru, homeless asking for change, employees playing music in background while trying to order from drive-thru speaker. They also constantly make your coffee wrong. This all comes down to poor management.
I wish i could give zero star, first my cousin who lives nearby told me that we don't buy coffee from this Dunkin anymore because it smells and taste like it's burned, I still tried 4 times after that and every time it's getting worst and worst, today i got Hot caramel latte and it tastes like burned black coffee, I still have that bitter taste in my mount after 30 minutes even after rinsing, m gonna find a way to complain directly to Dunkin donuts they need to inspect this branch.

The worst. Your order is wrong most of the time, it's cold the employees, lack customer skills and the employees don't wear mask. I no longer patronize this establishment.
I didn't go in but kudos to the female worker that served my sister. My sister praised her for getting what she wanted perfect.
The man who helped me and my daughter was extremely polite and happy we got ice cream and honestly his customer service made the experience better.
Good location...usually fast service,nice crew
