I ordered three ice caramel macchiato&with cream. It don’t have any!! Caramel taste inside and they service are really horrible!!It makes me very angry.
The manager didn’t wash her hand after wiping her face and had on no gloves at all. The minute I saw that I cancelled my order and walked out.
Honestly this location is so inconsistent, my coffee tastes different every time. So frustrating
Dunkin donuts is good in some stores..other places it is a waste of money. Watery drinks...burnt potatoes...wrong items handed...many issues in some stores. But I love it when prepared right

the people here are nice and they move fast but, last time I went here I asked for 2 smoothies and only received 1 and i had payed for both but then I noticed the lady charged me again even though I had payed .
