This review is a long time coming! Yes, the 2.5 stars are valid for the previous management and team, but this new team that took over this past year has been phenomenal. The previous team was lazy to say the least and your order would be guaranteed to have something wrong, if it ever showed up. This new team and management are hard working people who proudly do their job and understand the meaning and values of a job well done. Very professional. And the delivery gentleman is punctual and very polite. Thank you for your great work and for your dedication to your job and community. You are rock stars!!
Everything I ordered was disgusting ! I wanted to try the new cheese dip for my bread bites and this is the sloppy nasty mess they sent me !
They're kinda slow and the app sometimes says it's delivered and then I don't get it for a half hour. Not in a good location either. I do love their pizza though.

If i can give it a 0 zero I will they’re the worst dominos in Staten Island don’t bother ordering from them they take forever to deliver I’m talking like 2-3 hours and by the time you could’ve gotten from somewhere else if you have to wait that long.. order at papa johns they’re better at least they don’t take forever to come with food. You guys have to do better and stop being lazy do your damn job or quit. No one told you employees to apply for this job. Do it right or skedaddle period.
First They don’t answer the phone ,they messed up my order and I’ve been on the phone for a hour just to not be helped
During COVID this Domino's Chain took an online order that never delivered and they never gave me my money back. I just placed an order for my students and almost an hour later they tell me they don't have somebody to deliver the order the order wasn't even prepared and that they will cancel the order. This is ridiculous!!!Had to tell my students that the order was cancelled and I didn't have time to order anything else.
I still waiting my order. I placed two hours ago.Every time I call, trying to reach the manager different person answer the phone and just leave on the line waiting.I don't think is the right way to listen to a customer....Only in New York.Thank you Domino's....
This is the best Dominos in Staten Island. It’s clean, centrally located and delicious. I love the quality the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food
