One piece of advice. CHECK YOUR FOOD B 4 U LEAVE!!! U have a good chance of going home with something u didn’t order and if u don’t have time to go back it will b a huge inconvenience that you’ll b stuck with. Just a warning. They do not pay attention to what u asked for.
Awesome place to get quick, delicious pizza for the kids, but my last order was mixed up, my pizza bread had nothing in it just plain bread,when I ordered the chessy bread with halopeno pepper and bacon. All the same nice store.
We ordered the pizza as usual from this store cuz my kids love their thin pizza, we also order the chicken Alfredo too, but this time chicken Alfredo was like eaten a half by someone else! Only half plate left! Was someone ate it or you don’t have the pasta enough to make one order?
do not order from this place. doesnt put effort into making the food. my food came with no sauce or chicken on it.(chicken Alfredo)
So it has been 6 weeks since our last Dominoes order because they have refused to deliver to the door, left our pizza outside of our building, and today delivered the wrong food. Not only wrong but lukewarm. They delivered it to the door FINALLY (he was very sweet and kind) but it was wrong and somewhat cold. We have had good luck with Dominoes all over the US but the one we have ordered from here on SI is just bad.
They are the worst their pizza was terrible, the Philly cheese sandwich was good some guy called me back and hung up on me while I was talking, how rude! The girl was the nicest
Terrible service, made me come outside in my pj’s and the manager was rude to me on the phone and called me a liar and was yelling at me. I paid a $5.00 delivery charge and tipped the driver $2.00 and received horrible service and the pizza tasted even worse. I defiantly want a refund!
Manager with the beard and glasses was the worst customer service representative I’ve ever experienced. He is a nasty person who looks like he hates his life. I am not surprised if he spit in my food.
INCOMPETENT DRIVERS AND RUDE MANAGMENT. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN. Granted, I live in a condo community and it’s hard to find my house, but in the past, if a dominos driver was unfamiliar with the area, THEY WOULD SIMPLY CALL AND I WOULD TELL THEM WHERE I’M AT. But no- this driver drove by me where I could see him, not once, but twice. Instead of just calling me when he was at the side of my house, he decided to just drive around and NOT CALL. 1/2 hour later (after already waiting an hour for delivery) he finally decides to call to tell me that he couldn’t find my house and that he had other deliveries to do and my order would get to me in another 20 minutes. I told him to forget it and I wanted a refund. After calling the store and not getting through, I dove down to the place to get a refund in person. THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE yelling at me as if it was my fault that his driver was incompetent and. he made no attempt to make things right. They have lost me as a customer.
Best location for getting domino’s ? pizza. It was delicious. I tried other locations also but 1430 Richmond is the best of all
