Slow service. Had to leave without my order to get to the ferry.
Sachin was excellent, took timeout to explain combo choices. My second time at DQ. Food was great too.

What should have been a 5 minute wait at most, ended up taking over 20 minutes. The service is terrible and they forget to give you the items that were ordered. Would not recommend.
FOOD IS DECENT FOR FAST FOOD. STAFF IS PRETTY MINDFUL OF THE FERRY COMING IN. THEY GET YOU YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY FASHION. I LIKE THE CATSUP PACK THAT YOU CAN SQUEEZE OR DIP DEPENDING HOW YOU OPEN THEM. DILLY BARS ARE FUN TOO
This location is OK but the last few times I visited they did not have the Pumpkin Pie blizzard, or some of it's ingredients despite having it advertised.This is the only accessible DQ in NY so I expected better
Simply the best, better than all the rest, better than - well better than anyone,anyone I ever met. One burger and I'm set for the DAY!
The raspberry chocolate shake is delicious
No Air conditioning, not worth the wait to sweat through your clothes, I feel bad for the employees, can't be a safe work environment for it to be that hot, this place is soooooo slow.
The people are nice but the food is not so great. Sorry.
