The drive thru is very fast and the food is great
Food was mediocre, went here to use up a gc I recieved, the ice cream cone was good, the food, your basic, quick fast food, taste wise cudda been better.
Food good, service not lighting fast through the drive-thru, but friendly. Soft serve cream base very good.
This place is constantly understaffed. Everytime i come I find myself waiting 20-30 minutes longer than when the mobile order should have been ready.
I love this place and drive across Staten Island to get their blizzard's. My only issue (sorry to say this) but the drive through workers seem incompetent sometimes. They're going or don't care..i don't know.Almost every time I go and order the same blizzard, they charge me for the additional topping then it's not in there ( that happened multiple times) or I order medium and they charge me for a large or only 1/3 of the blizzard had the topping and the rest is plain ice cream?Every time i go i Hope this time will be better 9/10 it's a mistake.??♀️ but i love blizzards.To the owner please tell the world to fully blend the blizzards to the bottom and if someone asks for additional toppings to make sure to add it before handing it to the customer.
Good burgers depends if you like mustard. You can get ketchup. Food is good overall. The sundaes ate great with the bargin meal or separately. Covid safety prevents dine in. VERY GOOD Blizzards. ?
Great quick place to get favorite desserts. Fries are awesome too.

Went in and were told we had to wear a mask even if we are vaccinated and it is take out only,even though there were UPS drivers sitting at a table without masks behind a barrier. Guess that's the VIP area!
They could do better with their chicken salad by not chopping the chicken strips so it looks like you got the whole 4 pieces. 8 chop pieces is not 4 chicken strips! Work on that. Thank you.
