I placed an order online and paid extra for Guacamole (avocado) but when I go home and try to eat there was no Guacamole. I’m a regular customer and really disappointed as paid extra for that. Even when I picked the order I asked from the employee, did you put avocado and she said yes. Why you can’t look at the order and do it right? So bad
Never had an issue at this location. The food was always great but yesterday I got a bowl and found two pieces of hair in it ? I’ve tried calling the store and it’s impossible to get through to them. I had already left the location and was in a hurry to go to my second job so I couldn’t make it back to the store to let them in know in person of this issue.
The associates were working hard, but no one was cleaning the tables and chairs. We had to clean off our table. The food was portions were not equivalent to their prices. I had a bowl and it was very weak in portions. So was 2 of my co-workers. My coworker did ask about the portion, but was told... everyone recieved enough in their choices. The food was good and fresh, but I probably won't be going back. I paid close to 20$ for my bowl and a bottle drink.
Poorly run. Too overwhelmed by the line of people . Employee just tossing whatever she could as fast as she could . Result was nothing like the bowls we get from the past. I like the food and felt for the girl , but she needed some advice that the customers are paying for the perfection that Chipotle desires out of their franchise. I also believe that location may be overwhelmed and under prepared because a few things weren't available. Good luck . I won't be back there.
I’m writing this because today, Wednesday March 23rd around 2pm, I tookmy usual ride to chipotle that I take every other evening. I am a regularcustomer, I come to Chipotle all the time and I spend a lot of money thereevery week. The location of the Chipotle I go to is 2655 Richmond Ave, Staten Island NY. Me and my family have been coming to this Chipotlefor many times because the customer service was always amazing and I’ve neverhad a issue. Lately, there is one worker who is a Cashier woman(I think she is shift leader or manager)who has given me a attitude, talked to me nasty and I truly felt like I am a bother to her I come toChipotle. this is not okay for a worker to be given thisattitude to customers while working her job. I am not here to complain about this. I’m a retail worker too. Some one has to correct her. Thanks
I ordered 4 bowls on Monday March 21st to pick up at 7pm. Confirmation number 76Y-9AX. I picked them up and when we got home in 3 bowls the brown rice was not cooked at all it was like chewing little tiny rocks. I ended up throwing 3 bowls out. To make things even worse their online system where you chat with Pepper to make an order complaint no one gets back to you on the chat or email. Very disappointed.
Food was pretty good until I found a hair !!
Workers over here are so cheap with the food as if like they own the restaurant they put very small portions of everything.
Ridiculous. The manager was very very rude talking to the customers’. The lady ahead of me seemed to come here frequently for her specific order. Right away the manager Elizabeth(written name on receipt) very rudely told her she will have to pay extra for things that don’t cost extra. When I ordered my 3 point burritos she charged me extra for only 2 items in burrito which were not even filled proportionately. I have a skimpy small burrito(2 items) for the price of a regular burrito. I was charged extra on top of the 3point burrito which should come out to be $6 each. I got a total of 2. Came out to $19.65. For two 3 point burritos that price is ridiculous. I will not be coming back here. Elizabeth needs to get fired for how nasty she was to me and the other customers. She told me she was not going to throw out the burrito implying that I had no other choice but to buy it. Made me feel very uncomfortable. This should not be over the food we regularly get from this chipotle. Will not be coming back. EVER. Burritos were disgusting too.
Love Chipotle and the new plant based chorizo is slamming. At least try it before u deny it. ?
