We were here on Christmas Eve. Only 2 tables of people in the restaurant between 6:30-9:00 pm. Service was terrible, do not go here. Our waitress was no where to be found and when we did find her she was talking on her cell phone. Every time that she stopped at our table. Very very bad service. This is our 10th.time at this place it has gone done hill do not go there.

I have understood the borch soup is with meat and the beet and bones soup... so in this place I ordered a borcht soup and it was only the beet with more beet chopped and with more beet slices and more beet cubs and smashed beet, and nothing else on it.The goat meat tasted like old, musty, and greasy, the rice was hard to eat.The service was horrible, the waitress tamit or ( something like that ) was on her phone in the corner, she didn't offered us water or any drink, ( one guy he did it because he saw us when he was on his way to the bar area) the old lady with glasses she also was in the corner with her phone and she saw us we were asking for helping but she ignored us, we felt bad and uncomfortable here but we were very starved so we didn't have other options plus it was raining so we waited like for 15 minutes until our waitress came.... NOTE: the restaurant was empty, we were only me and my partner.

This place is not really good for partying since the manger is not good she doesn’t allow loud music but everything else it good

Inattentive staff, after waiting for 2 hours, left without the main course being served. Manager lacks basic communication skills. No reason was provided for poor service, no attempt was made to rectify the experience. Avoid

In this place owner charge %15 Service charge automatically. Our waitress explained that the owner doesn’t pay salary, she basically pass that to the customers. Also they expect you to leave tips. There is no sign or info about this extra charge, is it legal? I’m a good tipper, but I don’t think that it’s nice to make your customers pay salary to your employees, so cheap and cheesy.

I Insisted we come here again for a celebratory dinner. We were seated promptly and attended to immediately. In a blink of an eye fresh bread, butter and hot delicious black tea was served. The ambiance was festive and cozy. We ordered:Garden salad, smoked eel over Basmati rice, potatoes with garlic and dill, herring, mushroom julienne and chicken kebab. The garden salad was the absolute freshest and perfectly seasoned. My friend mentioned the dressing was tasted incredible.Eel with avocado was tender and juicy, flavorful and delicious.Potatoes with garlic and dill was bursting with garlic flavor, perfectly seasoned. The herring was out of this world, not salty at all and absolutely fresh. The rest of food items were at peak freshness and incredibly delicious.Once again by the time the main course arrived, we were stuffed and just had room for dessert. I ordered my favorite, "smyetanik" which is a spongy cake with layers of a sweet/sour cream mix.We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Tea. She was gracious and charming. It was a wonderful day made complete.

I love everything about this place. It's so beautiful and the food is wonderful. They use very flavorful ingredients that make the food here so great!

Nice service, tasty food.. great feel inside the restaurant.. it was beautiful.

Us and friends had good time. Friendly staff, decent prices. Positive as always.

This is review of party room only. We had a party of about 30 people, service was good and food delicious. Room and stage for mc/ singer is on smaller side so 30 is probably max they can handle.
