I order my food online for store pick up, went back to the hotel to find food that we can’t eat , chicken over fried and not palatable, not wanting to waste my money and having to feed 2 Children , I took it back to get a promise within 7-10 days I should get a refund. So I have no food and no money and now I have to go buy from somewhere else. Customer service suck when I picked up the food and they have the nerve to ask for tip when I pick it up, I need to learn to check my food before I leave. I hope I get my refund .
Food and margarita was great. Service could be better. When I went, they left off certain parts of multiple guest orders. Restaurant is clean. Would give 5 stars if service was better.
I love it here. I've been coming at least once a week for the past two months. Love sitting at the bar area. Appetizers and drinks are really good.

Chili's Bar & Grill. This has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Decided to eat here with the Mrs. and they didn't disappoint. We were seated quickly and the staff was great. Overall the food was great and I definitely will be going back.
Chili’s Grill & Bar is a TexMex restaurant family-friendly chain and American fare in a southwestern-style setting. They’re located at 1497 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, NY. I would never eat spicy food until I came to Chili’s. My sole toon was delicious and the staff is friendly and serviceable.
Their food is always so fresh and delicious. Always the perfect amount of seasoning. Great value for the price. I've dined in, done take out and delivery with UberEATS. Consistently good!
Ate there yesterday pSta w chkn. 10.99 chicken was hard and gross. Not healthy. My stomach felt sick. few hours from sauce. Some didhes bettr. I had buy stuff for a JUICE cleanse after. ICK
