I am so impressed by how quick we got in and out of the line over at Staten Island Mall. It was memorial day weekend and there was a sizable line. It only took us a few minutes. The gentleman who took my order with the tied-up dreadlocks was very professional, quick, and generous with the buffalo sauce. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but he's amazing.We got our orders quickly, everything was as ordered and it was fresh and delicious. It's always a good day when we eat Chick-Fil-A, and we are really glad we didn't pass the opportunity up because we assumed it would be a long wait. Thanks for the amazing service and good, good food!

Delicious fries, delicious chicken sandwich. It's definitely Chick-Fil-A. Been to this location around six times and every time they've never disappointed me.
Fast Service and Friendly Staff although always a line because their food is the most preferred in the food court.

Don't let the long line scare you! You will get your food quickly and orderly. They usually get the order correct and if they mess up they take full accountability and right whatever was wrong. Food is always tasty. The service is second to none. It's always My Pleasure to enjoy some Chic Fil A at this location.
