BEWARE! My girlfriend went Carvel to get me a sundae and other ice cream treats. The reason why I asked her to go is because I have a broken ankle. She gets back, I open my sundae and on the first bite I eat a human hair. Not the end of the world it’s a little unpleasant. I called Carvel explain to them the girl turns around and says will bring it back and I told her I have a broken ankle I can’t leave the house while there’s nothing we can do she didn’t apologize she wasn’t sincere I asked for a manager they don’t have a manager there’s only employees and the owner the owner wasn’t there the girl was rude and unprofessional. This is my second unpleasant experience with this location. It’s out of my hands now. I’m calling the health department. Maybe They should be a little more considerate to the Study customers. And the sad part is it’s not The owner it’s to help.
Best carvel on the island. Service is always top notch and the ice cream is perfect. This time I walked in to 3 employees, and 2 of them made my ice cream while 1 rang me up. I was in and out in 30 seconds. My go-to carvel :)
