Workers need to show a little happiness for crying out loud you're working at Carvel service with a smile kids don't want to see your long face we don't care if you went through a hot day we just want our ice cream and tell you to have a good day
Haven't been to Carvel in a few months. Missed the flavor and texture of this fine soft serve. There was a line, as expected.
Ice cream (swirl cone, chocolate sundae, cravel ice cream cake) delicious, tasteful, just right. The servers respectful and professional at there work.
Small place, good for grab and go. Nice people. I like the Wednesday deal

Just got a vanilla cone, tastes very bad and extremely overpriced. Couldn't even finish it. Never going again. I rarely ever complain. But I felt I had too, had to warn whoever I could. Please stay away!
Would be better but there’s a blonde girl who works here who has the worst attitude. If I see her, I don’t bother coming in. She treats everyone like they’re bothering her and if you order something from the menu that isn’t just ice cream in a cone, she acts like you’re asking her to move a mountain. Her attitude is really nasty. Everyone else is great but she’s just terrible.

Staff was nasty and had very bad service. Writing on the cake was not even readable. Without walking out of the door, the bag already got teared apart and the staff didn't want to change the bag. I would stay away from this store.
