I love this place! I came in to buy an sundae, and the employees were so efficient and respectful. There’s also so many styles of cakes. Would definitely recommend!

I came in for a treat. I was offering a tip to the employee and was told that “they don’t receive it so don’t bother”. Wonder who is managing this place. Doesn’t sound right to me.

Don’t waste your time, manager incredibly selfish. Treats both customers and employees terribly. Take the extra couple minutes to go elsewhere, trust me on this one.
Don't go to this Carvel, The manager is a horrible person. Very rude and I can tell she treats her employees without any respect or deciency.
