There cheap with the ice cream, I paid 8.05 for a large chocolate soda float and the Chinese guy put nothing but soda foam and hardly any ice cream. Complete rip off very cheap it was all soda and he measured the ice cream. Never again I didn't like that, over priced and cheap with ice cream. Never again

Very bad customer service. They need to hire more workers because ever time I've ever been in here it's one poor person running around trying to take care of 8 people. Have at least 3 people working because this place gets busy and the lines are ridiculous here.
Carvel on Amboy Rd in Eltingville went above and beyond in making me the most spectacular, beautiful and delicious cakes for my twin girls 1st birthday.They also have the best prices out of all of the Carvel’s on the island!The owner Jason went above and beyond in creating 2 masterpieces for me.I just have to share the beauty of them with all of you!I highly recommend Carvel in Eltingville!!!

Toppings were stale. Cashier had terrible attitude. Floors were dirty. Go to another carvel. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back ever again.
