On the day I went I personally did not have a good experience. When I walked in there were no other customers. There was two people working, a regular employee and a manager. The manager was fighting on the phone not sure with who. The employee that was helping me was not that helpful. I asked him if they would honor the t mobile Tuesday discount. He said no, then asked the manager and said oh we do. Then I asked if they offer the ham dinner bc of Easter. He stated no we don't have any ham. But there is a sign saying they offer it. He then went to the manager and she said oh yes we have. My cuts for the ham was really uneven. I mean huge pieces then small pieces, they were not even closely even.Once I got to the cash register. I was initially charged like $14 bucks including the 5 dollar t mobile discount. I had to show them their add saying there's no way a regular size ham dinner cost this much with the discount. So she said she would give me a discount. Once I got home I looked at the receipt and saw she was charging me for a larger turkey dinner.Problems: employees were not friendly and didn't know their own menu. I did not feel like I was being helped at all. They didn't care if they messed up. No sorry at all.* food was good though. I have no problems with the food. It's just the customer service.

Aight so boom... haven't even eaten yet but if I'm sitting there watching an unshaven, scruffy looking employee pick pieces of corn off of the top of a third pan lid without a glove and put it back in the corn pan to be served im goooodddddd. If that's what u do with a customer right there, at the counter, with your manager on the other side of the counter talking to u then GOD knows what back of house looks like. Go elsewhere. Unsanitary.

Ordered for pick up. Food was fresh and hot and the service was awesome. Thank you.

Every time I go to this location the manager is always belittling her employees. I feel sorry for these young girls that need their job therefore they must tolerate being disrespected. If she’s (ozza the manager) not being rude she is sitting around falling asleep or watching everyone else work while she criticizes. I think she should be tested for drugs. She always looks stoned. The owner needs to hire a new manager. Someone that is professional and a team player!!!!!!!

DO NOT GET THEIR PIES! Went to Boston Market to get dinner for my family and decided to pick up two apple pies for dessert. We began cutting the pie giving everyone a slice when half way into eating it my cousin noticed mold on his pie. My father was completely repulsed and gaging since he had already eaten some. Multiple people at the table started throwing up in horror. For the pie to be this color mold and on the bottom of both pies is unacceptable!!! It is obvious that these pies had been sitting in the store for weeks untouched. Completely disgusted and will not be coming back to this establishment!!!!!

I went there a lot but now the place went downhill….it looks dirty and the chicken is dry. It’s becoming like Kennedy Fried Chicken

they refused to honor a good coupon and asked me to leave when i was a good paying customer corporate office has yet to contact me.... be warned to avoid this place....unless you like to be mistreated and embarrassed for trying to buy dinner....

This Thanksgiving was the worst. The turkey was dry & chewy. First time after 3 years of Thanksgiving

The chicken/ribs have been advertised as really delicious and I wanted to try it. First of all, curbside pickup is non-existent at this location. The number they tell you to call is a general number and you have to sit and listen to the pre-recorded nonsense and 2 minutes in finally get the option of restaurant selection. I gave up and went inside and picked up my order. When I got home, the ribs looked like they were left in the sun too long and stunk like bbq sauce. The chicken was burned and the portion side was micro. The ribs were DISGUSTING, to say the least. The chicken was tasty once the burnt skin was peeled away. The mashed potatoes and the sweet potato casserole were out of this world. In all, I will never return to this Boston Market and would like reimbursement for this meal which 80% of it is in the garbage pail.

They were very good at the service food good I was very happy love steven sumner
