The food and staff are great ....
Been ordering from this place for a while, but i guess they going really cheap on stuff, i had Buffalo Chicken wrap and it doesn’t Taste anything what i use to get, and i got the side order of Sweet Potatoe fries, and when i tell you its 12 fries in the box for $5 that use to be a full box, really disappointed and even the manager agrees with me on the quantity and quality of that food, but i guess the owner wants to be cheap now, so they just lost my business, because the food i got was complete waste of money.

It's so hard ordering from this place because of how AMAZING everything is on the menu. My go to is the Pesto or Poke from the Hot Bowls. Their sushi grade tuna and grilled chicken is made PERFECTLY. I always appreciate a solid healthy and delicious meal. In addition, the service is awesome. The gentleman on the phone answered ALL of my nutritional and delivery questions right away, and if I had extra ones, they have a "hotline" email that basically sends emails straight to the owner. Also, my food was delivered to me within half an hour. I was shocked. Thanks for a great meal, Better Gourmet!
TERRIBLE EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM HERE IT IS LITERALLY OVER OVER A HOUR AND A HALF . NEVER AGAIN ORDERING AGAIN !!!!! FOOD GETS HERE FREEZING COLD !!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Cannot stand businesses that solicit via leaving flyers stuck to my car. Especially while I'm in another business' parking lot. Has absolutely killed my desire to ever order their food.
