Why be open 24 hours and have nothing the laziness with this staff through out the whole day makes no sense

Just a regular BB ice cream in Dunkin Doghnats. They have very friendly people working there and also drive thru,which is awesome .Also very different flavors of ice cream with cones or with cups.
