Drove from Queens to give this place a try and was really impressed. Got a handful of bagels and bacon and cheese on a bagel and was very impressed. Got a couple plain, a couple blueberry and an everything. They were all really filling and tasty. The bacon and cheese bagel was piled high with bacon and was a good value at $4.99. I'd come by here again if I was in Staten Island.
Fresh hot bagels always. Good , fast service , fresh coffee hot & iced. Lots of variety’s of sandwiches , cream cheeses. Clean store friendly staff.

If you don’t get your bagels or breakfast from here, you’re not doing it right. There will be long lines, especially on the weekends. Their options for bagels, cream cheeses and other spreads are monumental—there’s got to be hundreds of different combinations you can try. Their self-serve coffee station is great. Service is surprisingly fast and prices are very fair.
Great bagels and good quality but BEWARE I’ve got charged 3 different prices on 3 separate days. The reason for that was because “ the price of fresh lox went up” which is complete bullcrap unless their own supplier is overcharging them
I went to this place 4 times in one week, then they decided on the 4th time to charge me more. I told the guy and then he said ok give me what you have but for now on this is the price. I don't know if it is because I have disabilities but I thought that was messed up. I'm not going there anymore, besides money is too tight now anyways. I have a feeling this place does not like people with autism. I hope this helps someone. be well.UPDATE: 3 times I was charged $5.47 that's with tax then you wanted to charge me $6:54, that's a big difference for just a few days apart.
The place is always crowded. Very fast service. Large varieties of spreads for bagels. Fresh coldcuts. Very friendly workers! They have fresh fruit in containers. Also they have already prepared food. This place has so much delicious stuff you want to buy everything
Great bagels, awesome selection of flavored cream cheeses. They also have a variety of fresh muffins and croissants. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and incredibly fast. Very efficient service.
very disappointed how the manager treated me after i went in to complain about an order, ( they made two wrong sandwiches out of a large order) I go in there all the time and she was rude, to fix the problem she just had to replace the gross sandwiches I didn’t order, instead I was told that on a busy friday she didn’t remember me being there and she will check the cameras but never called me back, I use to go in there all the time but service really went down hill. Won’t go there any more.I did call ( we were away the weekend) but i was put on hold and was told the manager wasn’t there to call back or come in and speak to them, that was the second time I came in to speak to you, i left my phone number and still no call back,
