I placed an order through grubhub and they replaced my order for the potatoes croquettes with Mozzarella sticks since they no longer had any in stocks. I thought that was pretty nice, until I got my order. It was DISGUSTING. They were old and gamey, and cold. I won't be coming back. Usually they are good if you order in person, but they don't give the same to their grubhub customers.
Horrible customer service and we tried ordering a gyro with fries and my dad was very angry at the workers because we waited more then 25 minutes and we had to walk out of the place. I would have given a 0 stars and those people need to be fired. I will never step foot in this place ever again.
Got a quick bite to eat from here, and I was quite surprised as to the freshness of my wrap. I got egg whites,turkey and cheese and a muffin to boot. My Son got a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a brownie, which was too his liking.
No sense or urgency whatsoever. They have no idea how to make decisions. They will stop what they are doing just to take phone orders or focus on their tablets for DoorDash orders. All while leaving a line of people in the store for 20 plus minutes. No organizational skills whatsoever. They will finish your food after you wait for about 15 minutes for them to make you a bagel and then leave it on the counter until someone decides to ring you up. Then after you wait all this time you open your bagel and you would think they used the entire tub of cream cheese on it. You could be the only person in the store and you still have to wait till one of them use whatever cells are left in their brains to actually take care of you.
Very good bagels. But they dont deliver anymore unfortunately. I know they sell international delight coffee creamers but whenever I order a coffee i know they dont use it, they use the coffee mate or a cheaper creamer that doesnt taste good. So they loose a star for that. Use to really like their coffee. Last time I ordered on door dash & they sent me bagels with no cream cheese & not right creamer, tried calling & calling but noone picked up
Service was very very slow. The worker at the cash register is more concerned with posting on social media instead of helping customers. Food quality is sub par. Chicken was tough and chewy. The bagel the chicken was on had a chewy , stale texture and taste as well.Worker was not wearing gloves or mask around the food and customers and was also sweating profusely even tho it was cold that day.I also observed roaches in the store while waiting 20 minutes for them to warm up my tough and chewy chicken in a microwave. There needs to be an option to leave zero stars. Hopefully the health department does a surprise inspection on this place .
Delicious fresh food, best breakfast sandwiches on this side of the island.
This place has amazing warm crusty everything bagels with cream cheese and heaps of salmon slices.Will return
Good bagels ...nice employees...sometimes don't pick up phone for phone orders.
NICE PLACE TO SIT AND HAVE BREAKFAST OR BRUNCH. I RESIDE IN BKLYN, BUT WILL GO AGAIN WHEN I VISIT STATEN ISLAND.
