This establishment only gets 2 stars because their food is excellent. Their customer service however, HORRIBLE.I ordered from Uber Eats for a pickup and was waiting inside the store. They told me my order was ready on the app. Then they told me that it wasn't. I was pressed for time to get to work so I felt that was messed up. The girl who does the register told me she would go and check. Not only did she not do that, she ignored me and proceeded to talk about me in another language to the guy next to her, who I assume is the boss. He then told me to "calm down" and proceeded to LIE saying Uber said the order was ready when Uber wouldn't know and doesn't do that. Between the lies and lack of care for my service, I won't be coming here again. They were nasty a few years ago and I figured I'd try again, my mistake.It's a shame when your food is phenomenal. Do better.
The owner is the rudest man I ever encountered. I tried to place an order at 830 for a 5 year olds breakfast I did through Uber they used their own drivers and it’s 1130 and order still didn’t arrive . They then canceled my order but never refunded me . I would never spend a penny at bagel bistro Staten Island I’m in awe at how rude and disrespectful they are when it was there fault . I will continue to post daily bc of how poorly we as customers were treated . If you can’t handle the orders get more staff and don’t send delivery drivers when I Uber eats the order was placed through I can’t seem to grasp why a dozen bagels are almost 4 hours late . Disgrace . I did this order for location but there are atleast 10 better bagel shops on the island .. plaza guyon Annandale manor etc the list goes on I rather be treated w respect then disrespected and robbed
Great bagels, nice servers, need to increase the amount of flavored cream cheese. A little cheap on spreading, have to ask for just that little more...But other than that, generous regular breakfast and lunch.
I drove by this place the angel from outside drew me in. Good food and great prices. Fresh soft and fluffy bagel. I reccomend.Service was good too. Felt Very welcomed and my business was appreciated. Glad I popped in.
I was on a work trip out of state and dropped into here for breakfast and absolutely loved it. Clean, great food, and staff were very nice!
Good bagels. Very cheap with the butter though, and they'll charge more if you ask for extra. Also, the flavored cream cheese isn't worth it, it's an extra $1 for a half a strawberry.
If the food is really good I'll up it but I'm still waiting. Ordered an hour and a half ago. Just called and was told it'll be another 20mins

I have been a long time customer of this establishment I order quite frequently my order always takes over an hour and the food is always ice cold the driver even left the food on my front porch outside one delivery . The delivery guy is rude he complains about tips he actually asked me where his tip was when I put it on my card and always tip him. Today I ordered breakfast at 7:48 AM at 9:48 AM I called the store while encountered a very nasty person who told me if I didn't like the delivery time I should pick up the food myself when I asked him doesn't he offer delivery service he told me again if I didn't like the time come pick up my food myself. I automatically asked for a refund which I was given this place has gone downhill so bad I don't know if they changed owners or what happened but it is not the same bagel bistro as it used to be.
