Very nice people working at the bakery. A lot of times you will find the queue of people, but it is because the food is very tasty!

Everything I have tried, from pastries, to donuts, to cakes: fresh, delicious, always leave me wanting more. Never disappointed. Staff is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I could spend all day here but then they’d have to break through a wall to get me out. ? Highly recommend (and I grew up in Little Italy so that’s a high bar).

The staff is awesome. I had a mammoth croissant, Lol, which was fresh and flaky. Also, their coffee is outstanding!

Delicious pastries. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Only downside is parking. But it's worth finding a spot. Not cheap. $70. For 12 pastries and a layer cake . it had cookies on top. Delicious but way overpriced.

I just had an amazing experience using this bakery for the first time. I was having a birthday masquerade party. I wasn’t having much luck with other bakeries that were recommended to me. I went here and I was pleasantly surprised with the assistance I received. I showed them a picture of the cake I wanted and they were very accommodating. They actually decorated it even better than my original picture. Plus, the cake tasted amazing and the price was good as well. It’s my new favorite bakery. Thank your for making my special day even more special with this amazing cake. Let me know if there’s a way to add a photo, it’s gorgeous.

Nice Bakery, lots of delicious choices/latte.

Hands-down Annadale bakery is the best bakery in Staten Island. No matter what the occasion is you will not be disappointed here. Also the girls are amazing especially Antonia we love you all ❤️

Special Occasion Cake Buyers Beware: On 3/26/22 I ordered a Bridal Shower cake to be picked up on 4/2/22 @ 10:30am. I spent about 40 mins in the bakery going through all the details and placed the order. On 4/1/2022 I tried several times to call the bakery to RECONFIRM THE ORDER & PICK UP TIME, however, Annandale bakery does not pick up the phone & their recording advises you to call back during regular business hours? On 4/2/22 I arrived at 10:25am to pick up my cake only to be told the cake was not ready. I asked how much longer the wait would be? Annandale bakery said they would deliver the cake to the event at 12pm and wanted me to pay before leaving. I advised that when they delivered the cake, they would get paid. I became suspicious that my order was never put in. The cake arrived on time. However, one of the specifications in the order was not met; the sponge cake was to be pink. The sponge cake was yellow not pink which only confirmed my original suspicion that they never even baked a fresh cake. On 4/3 I called Annadale bakery so I could speak to the owner, only to be frustrated with the same voice message. Eventually someone picked up the phone put me on hold & never came back. I hung up the phone & drove to the bakery & asked to speak to the owner and was told no one was on site. To cut to the chase after explaining what transpired, showing my receipt to prove the cake specifications were not met leading me to believe the order was never placed. I asked the salesclerk how do you think customers feel that no one answers the phone to confirm or maybe even change the order, her response was we are busy, and we take care of instore customers first! I then asked her "is it customary to answer the phone & leave a customer on hold"? The salesclerk had little answers and finally said "let me go in the back to speak to my boss" I said to her "you just told me no one was on site" The salesclerk came back and advised me that there was miscommunication on the order date? How I asked? Well, the baker misread the word April, he thought the L in April was a 1 and thought the pickup date was the 12th! No way does this look like a 12 on the receipt I said & you should have called me to confirm the date if you were unsure of the numbers! Had you answered the phone this would have never happened. In closing I asked the sales clerk why her boss didn't come out to speak to me? I guess he couldn't look me in the eye with that story and made you do his dirty work" The salesclerk responded" My boss is disabled he has no legs he can't come out to the front! With that I took my receipt and said tell your boss he just lost a family and extended family of customers, I will never shop there again

Just moved to this area (annadale). I lived all over staten island all my life. Probably been to every bakery, this is hands down the best!! Everything is so delicious and fresh it’s ridiculous. I definitely gained about 10 lbs since moving here.

Great service and cleanliness. The ladies behind the counter are extremely accomadating and friendly. Italian bread is crispy on the outside and with a wonderful soft chewy texture on the inside. A great array of donuts, cakes, pies and cookies. The rainbow cookie cake and black and white cake are ridiculously delicious! The coffee is a bold but not overwhelming rare italian blend called Moka. Just don't grab a cup after 1pm ..unless you ask them to make a fresh pot which they'd gladly do..?
