We were rushing to grab a Neapolitan cake from Alfonso's on Saturday before they closed. I had to call to make sure they were still open and the lady on the phone was so sweet. She was helpful and made me feel welcome not dismissive. We got the cake - it was delicious as usual - and were treated to splendid customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't get the lady's name, but I'm sure she knows who she is. Thank you for the amazing service and delicious cake.
They provided our wedding cake and did a fantastic job. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated. They worked with us to provide a cake that worked with our colors and even delivered it to the venue early due to a potential snow storm concern. Would highly recommend!!

I just purchased $52 in pastries, bread and cookies and I am so disappointed that many of them were absolutely stale. Two large linzer tarts were not fresh. When I bit into it the cookie portion it was hard and crunchy and the jelly in the middle was hard as well. I also brought some assorted cookies by the pound, and all were stale as well. Mind you this was on a Saturday morning when you would think it would be fresh. The server behind the counter was very courtesy and accommodating but I can't say the same for the cookies. They should know better than to sell cookies that are not fresh. So very disappointed given that I have been a customer for over 20 years.
