The food is delicious. I had a great wrap and lentil soup. It was just the thing to warm up my insides on such a cold day.
Our office uses A&S and we happily ordered for NYE. Staff is really nice and by history, their catering selection is high quality and tasty.We were disappointed however on NYE when our STRICTLY no pork request wasnt respected despite calling twice and speaking to the owner to remind them to exclude anything pork and ham. I was assured they have it notated and that I didn't need to worry. I made the mistake of relying on A&S to take care of it and didn't realize until some of my party guests approached me very upset with what I put out for them to eat after assuring them it was non-pork. Had to dump half the tray we ordered and was put in a really bad spot by my guests who accidently consumed it.Tried to rectify but seems their email isn't something they regularly check. No voicemail on the store phone either.Religious observations and diet restrictions may be no big deal to some, but it's something I think deserves special attention and care. Great place for sandwiches but New Years was sabotaged by this mistake. ?
My new favorite sandwich shop on Staten Island. prices are good and portions are great. Go see and eat.

They can’t seem to get a sandwich order right! 1/10 times… And then they have the audacity to say u should of said that.. when the paper thats written down by the cashier clearly says it! Ridiculous…
