I came to this establishment to get a nice frozen yogurt after work and the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She treats her employees horribly and her customers not much better. DO NOT GO HERE!
It's so so place. The place located in busy area surrounding with lots of restaurants so it good for walking in after a meal. I got here Friday night and it was quiet. I didactic see any staff for 5-7 mins after I walked in. I got myself some fruit flavored yogurt which were good. 1 of the machine was down so 2 flavors less. The toppings were similar to other yogurt places. The price is really high. My cup wasn't half full and it was $6-$7 already with few slices of strawberry topping.
How dare you charge someone $ 12 for a product that is half the amount of what it should be. Now I will go elsewhere and hopefully you survive because I will make sure this is well known in Smithtown.
Never coming back here again. The older lady who is a manager/owner here is horrible to the employees. I used to go here quite often to get dessert or a snack with my kids. The last time I was here I witnessed her degrading and almost yelling at a young employee for doing something “too slow” or “not correctly” while there was a big crowd. Ridiculous. I even heard stories about how mean this lady was to her workers from a neighborhood mom whose 15/16 year old daughter worked here. If you’re going to hire young girls who have never had a job before, be ready to train them and work with them, not make them feel bad and tell them they cant do things. I don’t support businesses who are rude to their workers, especially if those workers are teenagers. The yogurt is also subpar, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went with a gift card I had been given a while ago. When I ask to know how much was on it, the nice young lady at the counter told me that they don’t accept those gift card anymore because the new register wouldn’t accept them. I don’t understand or believe it’s legal to not accept a gift card that was purchased at that establishment. Needless to say, I left and will never be returning.
Made me work a 4 hour shift when I was 15 as a 'trial' and then didn't hire me and never paid me lmao if you need to have high schoolers work for free just say that
