As someone born and raised in MD its a little slice of home in Long Island. Staff was prompt and freindly. Relaxing and easy-going atmosphere. A great place to watch sports as they have at least a dozen TVs in thw bar and one at every table. Join the mug club and get your very own mug for everytime you are there. Food was tastey and they have a variety of options. I will admit even the crab imperial was good (maybe they ship in Maryland Blues??? One can hope, haha). Definitely a place to have a as a regular meetup with friends.
Wait staff needs better training, you never ever bring the next course before clearing the dirty plates. When dessert was served, the appetizer plates and meal plates were there and left there. And there was no crowd, I would have understood if they were busy but there were 2 or 3 small parties in the room. It must have been the manager's night off and no one cared. Nope, not darkening their door ( at this location ) again.
Absolutely horrible experience. No one greeted or seated us for 5 minutes until we went to find someone. No server came to the table with menus for 10 more minutes. Another 10 minutes with no water or anyone coming by. Finally went to ask for water which took two people to accomplish. Put in an order for 3 burgers and 20 minutes later there was no food or anyone to let us know what was going on. Went to ask, told it was ready and coming right out. Another 10 minutes and it finally appeared. We mentioned to the server that it was a long wait and he had nothing to say. All of that was really unpleasant, but the worst part by far was when, a few minutes later, the manager came to our table - not to apologize - but to tell us that we should know they have other orders besides just us to take care of, and also we ordered a medium-well burger which takes a long time. (There was no one else in yet restaurant except two people at the bar, btw.)Finally, when they brought us the bill they told us they accidentally put cocktails on the bill that didn’t belong to us but they took them off, so not to worry. The bill was correct, however the suggested tips reflected the original amount (the one that included the extra drinks) so it basically seems like they were trying to scam us out of extra money.We are nice, quiet people. We were not rude when we spoke to anyone. We did not cause a scene. We were made to feel as unworthy of respect or consideration and will obviously never go back. Also, the food sucked.
My kids wanted to watch some of the Final Four so we decided on The Greene Turtle. We always enjoy our visits here. People are great. Food is pretty good too. We had a good time as usual.

What a Fantastic meal at The Greene Turtle Bar and Grill! The pretzel sticks and cheese sauce was perfect! My tailgate burger was cooked to perfection and very good, the Fat Tire Beer cheese sauce for pretzels and burger was so tasty. My husband enjoyed his Crabby Melt, it was loaded with thick pieces of crab. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese! The service was great, we we're seated almost immediately upon arrival. The menu selection was pretty big as well as the Drinks! Very family friendly. We we're very happy with our visit and will be back! Highly recommend!
Service was not good. Messed up on the kids foods, then brought out one part of a meal with appetizers, then brought out the second part of a meal with everyone else’s meal. How does someone order wings and fries for a meal and gets the wings first with no one else getting their food, then 20 mins later the fries come with everyone’s food.
1st time there and we had lunch at the bar. Nobody else but the help was there. The service was good.The choice of food was good. We had pork nachos as an appetizer and it was yummy. I had fish and chips, which was fine. My buddy had a chicken dish which he liked. We had some craft brews that were good. The craft beer selection was lacking for me even though there was many to choose from. The portions overall were good. Parking is plentiful. I will try it again.
The lunch was very good and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The food was hot and the fries were crisp. Will be going back.
