The owner is VERY RUDE to his customers and yelled and screamed at me and my son and used profanity language towards my son while he was waiting to pick up a garlic knot pie . He told him to get the F_ _ _ out of his store and your not getting your pizza of which I paid for already ! If you like to deal with a rude owner then go there , there are way too many pizza places around to go to and be treated with respect !!
I’m sorry to post this but I’m disgusted and very disappointed in the owner of Sal’s pizza on Terry Rd.
Very disappointed. I’ve been supporting this pizzeria from the first day they opened until today. Called to let them know my delivery was cold because it was almost 2 hours until it was delivered. Gentlemen on the phone was so rude and told me I should of picked it up myself . He didn’t even let me speak to let him know that the reason I couldn’t is because I have infants at home and wasn’t going to take them out at 7 pm to pick up a pizza if they offered delivery. He hung up the phone on me. Never again, customer service is everything.
Love the food here, will be coming back for more
