Beautiful location with very good drinks and state of the art equipment. That being said it took 15 minutes to get 2 teas (they do take a while to prepare) which cost over $20. Definetly a great place if you have time and the money to spend but couldn't do on a daily basis.
Super disappointed. I was looking forward to try this place, so I went with my 4yo daughter. This was my first time here, so I asked for recommendations. The person at the register didn't know what to say. The menu on the wall doesn't tell much either. I ordered 2 small drinks and a club sandwich with fries. 25 min later and still no food or drinks. They place was busy and people who arrived before us still didn't have any food. I noticed that many of the orders came wrong, so they were sent back to the kitchen. 2 of the people requested a refund and left fuming. My sandwich and drinks came out. One of my drinks was with oatmilk and the other regular milk. Both looked the same and when I asked the person who made it, she wasn't sure. Sandwich was ok.It was a poor experience. Hopefully they can improve their service and food.
Very pretty and great ambience! Drinks were honestly not the best I had - there are certainly better milk teas out there. When I ordered, I asked if they recommended the classic milk tea or the mango milk tea and the barista said she has not tried the mango… I was quite surprised that the staff has not drank their menu to give recs from. One thing to point out is that there are no prices on the menu on their wall. It would have really helped if I knew how much each drink was. They also had dessert items but they did not look too great.
First time visit today. Staff was friendly and explained some of the drinks we had questions with. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated. The drinks are a little expensive but it seems like everything is high quality and fresh. The drinks were delicious!
Beautiful place and friendly staff. They have the best matcha latte and classic milk tea with boba. They have high quality teas and I like that you can choose a dairy free milk.
Omg this is the best cafe around. They are so friendly and their bubble tea is really f-ing good. Got my best friend converted into liking bubble tea here. Definitely a place for first timers.
Wow! This place is an absolute dream! A 3 in one Business. Coffee, Tea, and Desserts all under one rooftop. As an additional bonus, their savory food is excellent as well. I recommend the Organic Blueberry Matcha, which is made Pour Over style with real (not instant Matcha). Try the Bubble Waffle with Ice Cream mixed with Cereal. It’s absolutely amazing. The Owners Rose and Cinderella are extremely friendly and helpful. Manager Jesse treats you like family. Immaculately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Wheelchair accessible. Restroom on premises. We will definitely be going back!

Best Matcha ever! The place is so beautiful and their matchas are sooo yummy! I love the Organic Strawberry matcha! The owners is awesome too! So happy we have this in Smithtown!
