Ordered on door dash, over an hour & 30 min wait and the order was still “being prepared”. Awful wait time. Won’t be ordering again.
They have some of the best bagels I've ever had their hand roll ones are outrageous
I would give it 5 stars, but service is quite slow, even when there are only a couple/few people ordering. If there is more than that, I tend to walk out and come back later.
Second time there, service was good and quick both times.
What a joke ! Go across the street to M K! Telling people 30 min wait for an egg sandwich . I just sat there for an hour for 2 orders of pancakes .. completely understaffed … foods not that good to go through this again … never again
Horrible service, 35 minutes for an egg sandwich in an empty place. Staff seems very grumpy. I've never waited that long anywhere for an egg sandwich even with a line.
The food was decent, but they nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING they charge for putting food on trays, charge for wrapping the plastic. You name it they charge for every little thing. I like stone soupe they have great food, they don't charge you for every little thing.
I get breakfast from this place every so often. Food is good but they frequently forget 1 or more meat or the cheese on my hungryman. I put a comment in when ordering on doordash in an attempt to get my correct order. They left a snotty message on my receipt, will include photo. Won't ever order here again. FYI idiots, I know what's on a hungry man, clearly you all do not seeing as you screw it up so regularly.
There is no pick up counter for people who order online and already paid. Line was out the door and moving like molasses. The people behind the counter seemed slow/unorganized. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I decided to go up around the side to see if I can just pick up my bag... was ignored for another 15 minutes until a worker finally responded to me flagging him down and he took the 2 seconds to hand me my stuff so I could be on my way. Not very friendly service either.Also tried a second time ordering from this place using Uber Eats... placed my order and 15-20 minutes later they cancelled it.The food is pretty good, but it seems like they can't handle more than a handful of customers at a time.
They have a wide variety of fresh and delish foods we got bagels and they were great, they also have a well stocked bakery with cannolis and things. They well stocked fridges for drinks and water and comfy seating area. Overall it was clean and nice. They’re definitely on the up and up
