For me to write a review is unheard of!I had my sons communion here tonite.Let me tell you, this restaurant delivered on every aspect it promised + some!Food and service were absolutely phenomenal!!!Giovanni and his crew are fantastic.I would highly advise booking an event or just coming in for dinner, they make u feel like family!We’ll done on all avenues!see u soon !Sitar Family
Kinda expensive but the amount they gave me for the one dish fed 2 people so not a bad deal. My only complaint was the lack of sauce and the sauce itself wasn't much in flavor. I mean it was still good but nothing outstanding.
First time ordering from this restaurant. The portions were extremely small for "family" style. Ordered the large portions and I was extremely surprised how small the salad and eggplant rollatini were. I'm glad I ordered food from Luso too. The food was cheaper, large portions, and higher quality. Another thing to note, if you aren't their "friends or family", you will be ignored until they are all taken car of even if you were there first. This was my first and last time I will visit.
I really wanted to like this place, it has great décor and really gave the vibe that they cranked out good Italian dishes. What I found was disappointing. The food was bland, and it seemed to me that they are sacrificing quality in order to save a buck. I understand times are tough, but this place is charging top dollar for mediocre food. If you are going to have a cocktail menu, it's best to serve the actual alcohol that people are asking for, not charge them for the name brand and use the rail liquor, oldest trick in the book but leave it to the dive bars. I gave two stars because the service was decent, despite the waiter not having a care in the world when I told him I couldn't eat my food because it wasn't good. My advice for management, if your going to substitute quality to maximize profits you have to lower your prices. I don't think we will be back.
If I had to pick my consistently favorite restaurant, it would be this one. And I live in S. Florida! I’ve flown to NY for a party here before. It’s that special. Food is delicious, served family style, and always perfectly prepared. If you ever have a chance, eat here!!!
Got food delivered once , it was great. I was so excited to have a proper dine in experience.Everything looked great in the beginning and staff was good.But as food came it was really oily & bad. Being two people we ordered a lot and kinda complained to the server but his behaviour changed and he didn't do anything about it he gave us the wrong dish still he was unapologetic we didn't eat anything & didn't take it to-go.Even though manager/owner was very kind and sweet still it's a request to please look over to your staff & chef. Thanks. Hope to be there soon with better service provided.
Always great food and service here! I have been here for 2 large family events (10-20 guests) in the back room and we always leave satisfied. The plates are large, family style to easily share with about 4-6 people each and the wine and coffee is very good.
10/10 experience from the well-made, extremely generous, and reasonably priced dishes, superb customer service, and lively atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area, the experience was unmatched.
Neighborhood bar staff very disrespectful
Poor service and subpar food. The dining room is too crowded and loud. The overall quality is the same as it was the last time we went over 2 years ago. Not really worth the price.
