Waiter (Ernest ) was wonderful !
It took an extremely long time for food - the waitress was very nice and said the manager would come talk to us. He came over to us and said it takes a long time for steak. The steak was cold so that clearly wasnât the case. The lobster was also cold and then the flounder didnât come for another 10 minutes. The fries also didnât come until we asked for them and yet again were cold. Something clearly happened because this was not the experience we are used to and we were very disappointed in how management handled it.
We celebrated my birthday and my husband's retirement. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious!!

Tuna Poke Bowl Nachos are my new favorite appt and the pistachio crusted swordfish is my favorite entree! Yum

H20 was amazing as usual. Staff, food, ambiance all amazing. The Wednesday prefix is a great value. Always delicious, and always a great time.
My wife and I have been eating at H20 since coming back from Japan in 2004. after enjoying for years the best Tokyo had to offer, it is hard to eat Japanese outside Japan, but we found that H20 was as close as we could expect, and we enjoyed it. Now, what is amazing is the consistency. After so many years, we find the quality of their food unchanged. Add to that the truly friendly staff (and that includes the management) and the comfortable outdoor setting, and we have a perfect place to enjoy any evening. We highly recommend it. We have not been disappointed once yet.
