Love Dunkin cold coffees

The store is run down on the inside. There is no spunk at all. The shelves are not stocked at all. You have one pound coffee packages spaced out to look like cabanet its full but it's empty. The donut cabinet is never full no assortment. The staph is great and the drive thru is wonderful but if you looking for a place to get together with friends I would say look elsewhere. Oh and the bathrooms are not clean. The place is dirty and the blenders are in need to be fixed. The liquid flows out the bottom of the blender.

Some of the staff are really nice. There is one lady who works there who always get my order wrong even when she repeats it back to me. She makes my order wrong almost every time.

The entire point of placing a mobile order is for it to be ready when you get there. Any other Dunkin I've gone to has the order sitting at the counter so I'm in and out in thirty second. I tried three times at this location and three times they started making the order after I told them I placed a mobile order.

I started visiting this location a few weeks ago and grab breakfast roughly every other weekday. Roughly HALF of all the times I go my order is incorrect. I dont open my bag until I get to work so I cant go back so I just throw it out and go to a nearby deli. Im writing this review after having thrown out my breakfast today, the fourth time in 2 weeks. Each order is around $14 dollars which has now added up to me wasting somewhere around $60 in messed up orders. My most recent order is #5655 this morning around 7am.

Owner was extremely kind, he is friendly and most of the customers there were definitely regulars. His establishment is clean, the food is fresh and the employees are friendly as well. My order was perfect.

Enjoy this DUNKIN. If this is the one on rt. 347 in Smithtown, it has the largest donuts around the area. The others serve small to tiny ones.

I went there today at 8:30, and as expected, there was a long line and long wait. I thought it was just because it was rush-time as everyone was getting breakfast before work, but when I reached the menu to give the staff my order, I heard laughter for a few minutes before actually giving them my order. The person also didn’t give me the order amount and instead thought I was the next person in line and asked for my order.I thought I had caught them when someone said the one funny thing that morning and didn’t think anything of it, but when I reached the window, I saw the staff goofing around, chatting and playing (someone was jumping around). The person helping me was recovering from hysterical laughter and wasn’t paying attention to me. They gave me the wrong drink size (thankfully, it was larger than what I ordered), and she told me at the window after I paid that they didn’t have the donut flavor I wanted. She offered a different flavor, and I told her I wish I had known that before I paid and when I originally ordered.It took her a while to come back with the replacement donut. So, the whole reason why they were holding up customers and making everyone late was because they weren’t paying attention, were goofing around and showed very little professionalism.This is the first time this has happened to me, but I usually go to another location in the mornings.
