You need to take care of that restroom. Regardless of your service and the general cleanliness of your store, if your restrooms are nasty like that then chances are that your staff are not following the best sanitary practices.
VERY NICE STAFF. Avocado toast with bacon was soooo good. Best I've tried compared to other Dunkin Donuts.
On Dec 28, I placed a mobile order for coffee, bagel, and dozen donuts. I pulled up to the window and was given the coffee and bagel. I drove away and as I got on to Rt 347, I realized I hadn't been given the dozen donuts. Dumb, right? Not exactly. The donuts were for the nurses at the Hospice Inn. My mind was on getting to my father asap. I returned to the store since I had paid and, I knew my mother would be very disappointed that the nurses would not get a tank you. I entered the store, explained I hadn't received the dozen. I was asked "how could you forget and why did drive away". I explained that my concern at the time was getting to Hospice as my father was dying. "Just give me the donuts please". No apology given. She called for manager. I explained again. Again, I was questioned, with no apology for their mistake. This time I said "my father is dying, just give me the f...king donuts!!!"Manager went off on me for using bad language, threatened to call cops, and banned me from ever returning. No condolences, no apologies. My father died 2 days later.
Love the egg sandwiches here. I rarely get breakfast from Dunkin, as it always tastes rubbery. But this particular store clearly does something different, as the egg omlette tastes delicious!
Apparently, they do not start mobile orders until you actually get there, tell them you made a mobile order, and then they make you get on the regular line and order that way. First time this happened I chalked it up to a busy morning, 2nd time I was actually told "we make your mobile order when you get here."What is the point of mobile ordering then???Will not return.
Service was fast and the woman were nice but the munchkins were rock hard

Never again. Not enforcing their own mask policy, as employees not wearing masks. Placed an order ahead of time for pick up. Went in and still waited 10 minutes despite only 2 people in front of me. Finally get to the register and none of the order was ready. They hand me the bags and I rush to the car as we’re already late only to discover they forgot half our order. Money thrown away.
