This was my first time at Carrabba’s and I loved it! Food was great, atmosphere was great. I told the host Julia I wanted to sit at the bar she led me there with menus and was so friendly. The bartender, Kristy was great! She had great conversation and explained the menu to me and what some her favorites were. She told me to get the Filet Johnny with Lobster Ravioli and she did not steer me wrong! Had the bread pudding for dessert- it was so good. Another server, Gerry brought the dessert out to me and was so friendly as well. The environment was very welcoming - you just made yourself a new regular!
Second time at this location. It’s not close to where I live but definitely worth the drive. Food is always fantastic as is the service. Happy hour is great. The first time I was at this location I met one of the owners. She worked as hard as the staff. Don’t pass it up if your in the area.. show them some love…
Had a great time here tonight. I’ve eaten here a few times. But tonight seemed awesome. We had the best waitress ever. Dana was sweet & very helpful with suggestions. Reminded us about happy hour. Dana was very attentive and quick with refills. The waitstaff was also very helpful. The food was so good! I had the Chicken Marsala. My husband had the eggplant parmigiana. Dana suggest trying one of the special sides lobster ravioli. They were so good. It’s a great way to try other foods. Our drinks were great too.We had a awesome night!
Dinner at Carrabbas in SmithtownHappy hour until 6:30 - great apps and drinks. Dinner was good / perfect portion size. Our server was fantastic. Dana was professional, friendly and prompt. Checked on the table throughout meal. Recommend
I have a 100% great experience every time I go here. The prices are definitely reasonable for the excellent food you get. The food is absolutely delicious - I really love their chicken soup which is one of the best I've ever had - along with all their other well prepared Italian dishes. The ambiance is perfect - fun bar area with quiet sit-down dinner area as well. Nice decor. Phenomenal staff - on our last visit, Michelle and Billy were extremely attentive and friendly and did not miss a single thing! I come back here almost every time I visit back to NY - and my family and I love it. They really do everything right.
My husband and I have been dining at the Smithtown location for past few years. Our meals always has been very delicious. The staff are always eager to please. The bartender Kristy is the best! She is very pleasant and attentive. Always a pleasure!
The food is always delicious but I was having quite a bit of difficulty using my gifts cards while ordering online and employee Serena helped me on the phone. Serena was incredibly patient, professional, and most of all KIND, all things we hope when seeking assistance but is not too common these days. She was a true blessing and the food arrived perfectly cooked and delicious! Bravo to this team!
This was the second time we had curbside delivery this year. It was about 8:30 pm last night (Thursday).They're online ordering is one of the quickest & easiest compared to many other restaurants. We didn't order much this time. One of the items was a new "Spring" appetizer of mozzarella and tomatoes. The price was under $11. during one of the highest inflation-times that I've ever experienced. I even ordered a gluten-free pasta dinner without protein (meat). Again, that was about $15 and could easily feed two adults. We just began to ease into a gluten-free diet, I wasn't that excited about the pasta until I tasted it. I'm pretty sure the pasta was homemade by the restaurant, because it was absolutely fantastic.I want to thank everyone that worked Carrabba's in Smithtown last night. ***Especially, the person who packaged our order!!They included a good amount of bread & lots of extras.Everything was perfect.From easy online ordering, being ready quickly and right on time. Haven't been here in some time. Had dinner at the bar. No real conversation with the bartender besides taking my order, very disappointing. Calamari very good and Salmon with capers and butter sauce very good.
Great delivery on a snowy Saturday night with the family. Everything is delicious as always. Isabella was great at making sure our customized order was on point!
