This is my shrimp scampi order….it was $25.00. Yes, those 7 tiny shrimp are $25.Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible. Manager told me this is correct because shrimp cost $14 a lb lolAlso here is our $7 meatball order…which is supposed to be 3 meatballs.This place is trash.Multiple better options down the road…Manninos, La Famiglia, or Ragazzi are all head and shoulder above this.
I just left Buona Sera where I had ordered very specifically “ravioli with a little butter, no oil” and what do I get when I open my dinner? Yup. Ravioli swimming in oil.Plus the man who took my card as payment did not actually say anything to me, such as “thank you,” “welcome”, “enjoy your dinner”… nothing.And after motioning me to insert my card into the payment receptacle, he walked away. So when my card payment was “approved” I stood there and had no option to receive a receipt.I waited a moment or two, and after no one even looked at me, instead of making a scene, I left. Came home, wrote this review, and vowed not to go back there. It’s a shame, common courtesy is not so common.And the food has never been all that good since they changed owners.One less customer for them. Me.
Lovely ambiance and great food! Highly recommend the pasta dishes and salads. Very attentive staff and excellent service.
This place has gone down in the last 2 years they get orders wrong and deflect responsibility in addition they don’t appreciate your business. Do not waste your money.
The food is very good my favorite is that they have so many gluten free options and they taste great, it's a rare combination. I have never gotten sick..I have recommended to many in celiac community. Yes sometimes the wait can be a little long. But it's worth it. Thanks
Poor service and attitude. Used Slice to order online and food was not ready on time. Arrived at emailed time that was pushed back 30 minutes from original ready time and food was not prepared. Was told that it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. They were not apologetic and didn't care about the poor service and unfriendly attitude.
