The food is great but the dining room and seats aren’t the most clean. Would appreciate it if they put more care into wiping down their tables and seats.
Didn't get a chance to eat the food. Walked in with my wife and one person eating. Stood at counter one girl was on her phone in the food area. As we were walking out somebody came to the counter. Reading the other comments I'm glad we left..
First timers here. My wife and I stopped in for lunch after a blizzard so the place was empty. There was no food rush whatsoever and based on the quality of the food, it shows. If there’s anything you’ve learned from all the cooking shows on tv, it’s use fresh ingredients and the food will most likely be amazing. This was not the case. Burgers were pre-frozen patties and charging $13 for that is unacceptable.Dressing up the Deluxe combo box for almost $6 to serve onion rings is borderline criminal.Lastly, the sinks in the bathroom don’t work.Thank God for Purell.
#Amazingburgers Honestly this place and service is phenomenal. Its like biting into a piece of heaven.
Wow, what a lousy experience ... poor service, worse food. A moderately priced but decent-quality burger place sounded intriguing, and one of those would be ... but this place isn't it. Stopped there on a slow afternoon; they had maybe three tables of people and zero line. The female clerk with the too-bored-to-be-here look couldn't be bothered to acknowledge a customer had come in, and paid no attention when I walked down the lobby, around the divider and up to her station. Her greeting, when she finally looked up, was less than enthusiastic. By a lot. How could you go wrong with an Angus burger and sauteed mushrooms? I should have seen trouble ahead when the clerk never asked how I wanted it - evidently the default here is medium well. That's usually a sign of a place that doesn't trust the quality of its meat. $3.50 for fries seemed steep, but I hoped for the best. When they finally got around to bringing the food (to go), I asked the clerk "Is there salt?" Her response was "It should be in the bag." Well, she was right - it should have been. But it wasn't. She didn't bother to look, and I didn't find out til I was back in the car ... and found six packets of ketchup (WHO could need that much) and zero salt. The real kick was the food: I've enjoyed junior high school cafeteria burgers more than this. Honestly, this seemed like something from an off-brand fast food joint: Overcooked, lifeless and tasteless. I suppose it gets a point for the absence of gristle or bone fragments ... but the chewy texture had the appeal of grilled cardboard. And those fries - seriously, McDonald's would've been better and way less expensive. Bland, free-of-any-character rectangles of potato. I was plenty hungry, but threw half of them out. American Roadside needs new ownership or new management: Right now, there's just no good reason for it to exist. If you want a meh burger, visit a bad diner - the service will be better. If you want a good burger, keep driving.
Went in because my husband likes the bosco. Food overpriced, service slow and worst part no one preparing food or behind counter had mask on. DURING THE TIME OF COVID MASKS SHOULD DEFINITELY BE WORN IF YOU ARE PREPARING FOOD. Very surprised and disappointed..
Burger's and shakes are really good. You literally can get a burger anyway you want it here. It's a little pricey but the food is spot on.
Nice place however I wish the burger are better quality, also the bread wasn’t toasted and cold was just ok, nothing wow for my family
Very good shake and burger fries are to die for!! Staff is friendly and service is fast
Great greasy burgers. Service quick and easy. French fries great. GO THERE
