Ok I’m doing this for my mom but whoever was taking her order was really RUDE !!! When asked if she could have sprite for her drink, they didn’t have any at the moment. Not knowing what they were out of, she asked what kind of drinks they had. The response she got were coke products. She then said ok like what kind of coke products do you have. The response was all coke products. She then asked if they could please tell her what kinds. The person taking the order then replied with OH MY GOD !!! It is YOUR JOB to satisfy the customers. If you can’t deal with simple tasks of your job, DONT WORK THERE !!!! The only reason they got a star was because the food was alright so thank you for that

Just go to the 7 Eleven next door… Ridiculous how slow the staff is and when asking for a manager they claim there is none for another 30 mins cuz she is on break. from what I recall working at Wendys before the managers get no breaks.
Do NOT stop here!! We drive I88 frequently and were happy to see this was opening...BUT...do NOT bother!! We spent $28 for 3 meals, the fries were beyond disgusting, absolutely refried and greasy and all 3 of us got sick within hours of eating here!! Beyond disgusted and a very poor representation of what Wendy's usually is. Even my drink was gross and couldn't even drink it. The chicken sandwich looked like it had been cut in half as well. VERY BAD!! Unfortunately we were on the interstate and couldn't turn around and go back...which is what I think they are counting on...
ordered and PAID online thru the app, get to the drive thru to pick up our food and the lights are out & the store is closed. no sign, no nothing. mind you their hours listed they were open for another HOUR. absolutely ridiculous. avoid this place if you value your time &/or money.
I ordered online and pulled up the the drive thru at 11pm because they’re supposed to be open until 12. i got no response even though there were people working inside. I waited for 5 minutes with no reply. finally i just had to cancel my online order
Staff was extremely polite, and the food was very hot and fresh! Nice stop to have now when traveling to Albany from 88!

This place is a great place to eat the people that work here are very friendly and nice I went through the drive thru and then I went inside the next day I was blown away when I had my food very fast both in the drive thru and inside thanks Wendy's employees will come again
