Thought the service at the front end was great man was super pleasant courteous great manners and when I realized I was missing a sandwich I went back in and the cashier was away from the counter someone from the back came up and also extremely polite got me my missing sandwich and apologized for the mistake. Food was out super quick despite the line in drive thru definitely would stop here again. And thank you to the workers for a good experience.

Great service in the morning but not so great in the afternoon with the packaging, I guess she was getting tired or something, the same person from the morning packaged my bag, seem like it was thrown in the bag, the bag was not handed to me folded neat, no thank you but the other person who took the money was more pleasant, something happened between the morning and the afternoon but over all, its a great place to eat at, I diffently will return and suggest others do so inspite, a handed wrinkle bag.?

What do I expect with fast food? The burger was okay, but the bun seemed to be old or stale or something. The best part was my chocolate frosty. Can't go wrong with that!

Absolutely, horrendous, 2 cars no one in the lobby and 20 minutes for the wrong meal!!!! It must be bad intercoms, slow fryers,a cold grill and a broken recipe printer because everything was bad. I'd like to complain about the people but that never gets the customer anywhere.So I'm gonna try to complain about the equipment at this place. Get new appliances and a better intercom system. No one is hearing the correct orders. Your receipt printer clearly isn't printing correctly, it charged me for things I didn't get. Your fryer must be cold it took 10 minutes for fries to cook and your grill must have taken another ten minutes to cook the wrong burger. Please fix this establishment. Thank you

There only seems to be one person working there anymore.They take one care at a time in the drive through, taking 5-10 minutes per car.My wife got there today with no one in the drive through, was told they'd be with her in a minute... It was almost 10 before they even took her order. As of this minute, she's been in the drive through for 15 minutes, with no one at all there when she got ther, and still doesn't have our food.We can get real food at a real restaurant, for the time and money spent on this "fast food". That's what we'll do next time.

How do you willingly hand someone food that is COLD as well as BURNT?? I ordered $25 worth of food and all of it was cold and dry.. So disgusting and it keeps happening. I'm tired of wasting my money here.

Whoever the manager was at 930pm on 3/20 was a complete dbag. Rude to me and the customers in line ahead of me. Said I had to go inside for a mobile order as well which has never been the case. Won't be going back.Also, there are massive potholes on the entrance and exit. Worst Wendy's I've been to by far.

I have never had a worse experience. We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru….there were only 2 cars in front of us

Had a little dispute, but the manager and I were able to sort it out. We both did the Christian thing to forgive each other!! Awesome manager!!

I found more the one and they were still moving dont it there and a call the place to tell them and the only thing they can say they make it fresh every morning dont eat there dont eat there
