Phenomenal experience!!!I was at the hospital visiting a relative. We were hungry. The nurse recommended Union Pizza and stated she and the staff order from there daily. Wow are they busy on a Friday night! I walked into a line of people waiting and was still acknowledged with a smile. I asked the 2 girls at the counter what their favorite thing on the menu was, (pretty sure they were sisters) they both said pizza. The one girl said her favorite was the steak sandwich but to get the full experience she suggested getting it how it comes. I ordered the 8 cut cheese and large steak sandwich. OH MY YUM!!!They told me 20 minutes, had my food in hand in 15!! I couldn’t believe how fast they were considering how busy it was. The whole staff was in sync, food was delicious and cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen!!! I live 30 minutes away but I will definitely go out of my way for Union Pizza!! Highly recommend!!
I had the best pizza and wings from here. Top notch staff from the minute I called to place my order. The really tall delivery driver was so nice and funny, he even made my grandma laugh, she never smiles!! Such a nice treat considering most places have miserable people who hate their jobs. I highly recommend ordering from here.
Typically I love union pizza, we order from here just about once a week and have been doing so for the past few months. Today in the middle of a snow storm I ordered a 12 cut pizza to pickup while I was out working for my tow company that I own H&K towing. Unfortunately after ordering we became significantly busy for a bit and had a handful of accidents to take care of. It took me about 90 minutes to get there. I was never called to see if I was still coming or anything they simply sold my pizza to someone else which I understand given the timeframe but instead offering to make another they sold me an 8 cut for the price of a 12 cut and when I was trying to explain I was ignored for the next person who walked in the door.
customer service awful ..paid over $60 for barely warm pizza and instead of at least apologizing and offering to be better and do better all i got was a bunch of excuses like i was trying to get something for nothing. Never again will i recommend for office events or anyone period.

Absolutely horrible service. First order was wrong. Called, they offered to replace order, which seemed acceptable. Received what is pictured below as a steak sandwich. Completely burnt to a crisp and inedible. Made follow up call to simply get a refund and staff refused. Just awful. Have ordered thousands of dollars of food from this place over last 11 years. Never again.
Their pizza in their food is really good here I highly recommend this place my friends and family loves this pizza place and I like the fact being it’s not a chain restaurant it’s a mom and pop store
