Placed app. order on 7/16/22 around 7:45 pm. Let me tell you, one of the best orders I ever received out of all the times I’ve been there. Great team work that I saw and food was hot. Order was right on point. Thank you very much and appreciated.
We placed a very large order through the online app and arrived a half an hour later only to be told that they were not fully stocked that their computer systems were down and they didn't know how we were supposed to get a refund other than to try and cancel the order. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager heard someone talking through my phone and slammed the window in my face. I will never return to the 420 balltown road location ever again and I don't recommend anyone else do so either. This is not the first time that we have had problems there
This is the 4th time in 2 weeks that I went to this establishment and I was turned away due to understaffed, cash only, or not taking orders through the drive thru. We'll it happened yet again today, June 15th, and I make a stink about it. Well they didn't care and as I drove by they were laughing at me and my family. IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! DISRESPECTFUL. Never Again.
I promise you it’s easier and quicker to drive all the way to crossgates mall walk into food court get your order then it is coming here in store or drive thru seriously understaffed and need more help at this location or current workers just work very very slow
everytime i come here or my mom comes here they mess up the order, the food isn’t hot, the taco shells feel stale, and the employees are rude when we tell them they messed up. literally drive the extra distance to go to a different taco bell, this one sucks.
Who doesn't love Taco Bell! We had to come get some of those nacho fries now that they're back! They are soooo good! We ordered the chicken chalupa combo and the nacho fry combo with some extra nacho fries on the side. Everything was yummy! The only bad thing was that they forgot one of our nacho cheese cups.
Its taco bell. The same as everywhere. Food was freshly made which does not always happen with other locations and was done according to my non standard instructions. Makes this store better than average which is what I usually give for fast food chains.
Ok food butvl they left off 2 items on my nacho grandeand I shelled out xtra money, typical of paying no attention, I travel the country with my job and it happens everywhere, oh well lazy people LOL
This is the closest store to our house. The dining room is currently being updated. I cannot wait to see the changes. We use the kiosk ordering a lot so we can customize. The staff is nice enough, but they often get things wrong. Part of that is because we customize our order, but it means we have to count the number of items each time.We met the owner of the local franchise and she is awesome so it is worth it to support her stores.
Employees so rude to me because they're out of ingredients to make most of their stuff as if it's my fault. If you are out of everything, just close the store...Update:. Today they were out of rice and beans. I'm trying to deliver food and have to explain to customers, sorry I know you wanted Mexican food but maybe order some without rice and beans. WHY ARE YOU STILL OPEN?!?!
