Love the food, will be returning. However, staff needs to at least pretend they care. We all get it, you’re at work but maybe the front counter isn’t for you.
Got the Italian feast for 4 to 6 people but instead of a loaf of bread we only got 2 slices and only enough salad for 2 people. Meat was a little skimpy for 4 to 6 people too.
Walked in and walked out. Wanted a slice. Pizza looked dry like it was sitting for hours and a lil over cooked if u ask me. Also not a lot of choices maybe 3 or 4 different pies. Would t recommend the stop for a fresh slice on the go.
In my opinion, the best pizza in the Glenville area. The subs are also some of the best I have ever had. Family owned with good food, you cant ask for much more than that.
The best pizza in the world. Lived and worked in the Schenectady, Scotia Grenville area and discovered Ruggierio’s. I keep making excuses to drive up and get the pizza anytime I am in the area. The best absolutely the best. Everything is magic !!!!!
The pizza at Ruggieros is good. My concern is the attention of the staff towards their customers. With prices going up it is important that people feel it is worth their time to patronize a local restaurant. I was put on hold 3 times in a matter of 5 minutes. The girl who answered the phone obviously was not paying attention to my order. I got it home and my broccoli pizza was just a white pizza. I called to complain and was told "you were not charged for the broccoli ". I don't believe that was the point. I was eventually told I would be refunded the cost of my pizza. This never happened.
Ok pizza but crew is not following COVID protocols and seems to think certain language is appropriate in front of customers. not trying to hear you call each other the r-word while I eat
I have used Ruggerio’s for several years now, birthdays, super bowl parties, backyard parties, holidays and everyday take out. Not only is the food outstanding with the freshest quality ingredients, the service and follow through is exceptional. Not only will they walk you through what to serve , how much, they will impress your guests. Be sure to give them a try. You have no idea what your missing.
Overall, the food is pretty good and made to order. This is with the exception of their “hot” wings which I’ve ordered in the past (not once, but twice). There was barely any sauce on them at all despite multiple options for the spice level and sauce. They were barely even passable as mild and just tasted like plain fried chicken with a little salt and spice. For pizza places in New York, the quality of your buffalo wings should at least be decent. I have to say, though regrettably, that these wings didn’t even come close.
Food is good. Priced a little high
