Walked into a middle of fierce argument between a customer and employees. The customer was screaming and using foul language in front of children. There was an issue over her order. The employees were trying to correct her order but she continued to scream using foul language. There was no security available. I will never visit that location again. Popeyes please get security for this store it is needed.
Not only was I charged 20$ for 8 tenders, the service has dropped hard here. I used to come to this Popeyes almost everyday(a yr ago) because the chicken sandwiches were fresh and secretive was awesome. Since coming back to Schenectady I've been to this Popeyes 3xs and stopped going because the food is not fresh the service is terrible and you wait forever!! What the hell happened????? Miss my Popeyes chicken sandwiches???
The service here is the worst I have ever experience. I will not be returning back here. I watched a line form. No employee addressed the customer waiting to place a order for 20 minute. I watched the employees gather in a group while conversing. I watched employee walk off and take a break, while standing in line waiting to place a order. Do not waste your time at this place.
One of the staff members went out of his way to find a sauce they were out of for me. Good customer service!

Lately I’ve been missing items from my order. I don’t frequent this place, however the last two times I’ve gone, 4 coleslaws were left out and mashed potatoes. Very annoying when you get home and your stuff is not there that you paid for. I’m just over it. Time to go elsewhere I guess.
Decent speedy service. they never seem to have shrimp, always running out of things. Management needs to improve on supply ordering; staff is perfect hard working and friendly.
This franchise has just opened in Clifton Park and both lanes of the drive-thru were full…the entire time they kept 24 people in line…The order was perfect, the lines moved efficiently, and the Food Is Awesome…!!!. Perfectly Popeye’s, (P.S. I’m from the South, Perfectly Popeyes)
Completely Done With This Place!Everytime I Go They're Are Always Rude(Extremely Rude)And My Order Always Gets Messed Up .This Time I Spent 23 Dollars And They Gave Food With Hair In It More Than 2 Pieces Of Hair (Dark Brown Hair) ?. And To Top It Off They Definitely Don't Clean Their Chicken . 3 Pieces Chicken Had A Whole Lot Of Hair On It !! They Dont Care About Their Jobs At This Location At All ! Pluck The Chicken!
We went there for fist time to check it. We ordered chicken sandwich’s and nuggets. Sandwiches did not have any additives and test almost nothing. We bought nuggets for our daughter, she couldn’t eat her food because it was very dry. French fries were very oily and test bad. I can’t recommend it for any one. I should say that it is a little bit better than McDonald’s but you can’t compare to Chick-fil-a
