I ordered subs a wrap and wings… the first time I ordered a couple months ago the wings were mushy… so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again… asked for extra crispy wings… same thing…mushy wings with hardly any sauce… I recieved a grilled chicken salad When I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce cheese and tomatoes…I called them they brought me a wrap with only chicken… nothing else……and half of it was fleshy and raw I’m assuming because they were leaving for the night and it was the end of the day and they were just rushing. If I could give zero stars I would..never again.
The wings were so good! We had bone in spicy bbq anf boneless mild. The pizza reminded me of a place I went to as a kid. Yum!!!
Very good brick oven pizza, fresh dough, fresh ingredients, baked nicely. I lived in NYC for years, Paulie's is quality equal to best pizza in the city.
I consider myself a pizza guy! I’ve had pizza all over the country. By far one of the best. Daughter had a swim meet and union and I wanted something quick. Pizza is always my fallback. Brick oven pizza,great crust,delicious taste! Even my daughter who does not like pizza asked me to get more after her meet!
The food is great for years and is even getting better lately, but the service is slipping hard in recent months. Aside from being put on infinite hold regularly (3-4 times in the last month), I just got told that "tonight" they won't do a small order of mixed fries and onion rings. I hate to have a reason to complain publicly, but this place has been increasing my disappointment for a while now. I wish Celadon Thai around the corner was still open. I never had a bad experience with them.
Ok im from Manhattan, so finding delicious pizza in upstate ny hasn't been easy ... i moved to Schenectady and found Paulies Pizzeria, and wow talk about melt in you're mouth pizza everything from the sauce, cheese, toppings and crust was just superb quality and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings either.... I just loved every scrumptious bite !!! I was starting to feel like the art of Good quality pizza making was a dying art .... But Paulies pizza is made from the heart and you can tell they take pride in making quality pizza... I'm so happy I found them !

The pizza at Paulie’s is always perfect and one of the best in the area. I prefer the thin crust but their square pizza is excellent as well. Boneless wings are always great and their sauces are high quality and tasty. Eggplant parm was incredible. I’ve never had anything bad from their menu and their customer service is also top notch and friendly every time.
I gotta say the food is great there. Honestly I think it's probably the best brick oven pizza. The subs there are delicious and I always find myself wanting more.
Brick oven pizza is excellent. Definitely not the grease bomb you get with other local shops. The online ordering was easy and accomodated our very unique order, which included half toppings and crispy. A wide variety of toppings are available. Highly recommend.
