We had timing issue (OUR FAULT, not Panera) they were understanding and awesome! Accommodated us and gave us a brownie! Highly recommend!!
I’m part of the unlimited sip club the Panera bread on balltown rd in niskayuna, NY was horrible. The counters needed to wiped up where the soda machines were. The soda tasted flat they had none of the lemonades or green tea. The staff were just standing around talking behind the counter. Would not go there again very disappointed
Love the strawberry summer salad. As of today, there are 5 blueberries, a sliver of pineapple and one strawberry cut in tiny pieces. The worst insult beyond that is the half teaspoon of dressing in each of 2 cups (picture attached).C'mon people, you are making enough $$$. Offer value to us.
Curbside pickup. Followed instructions by sending text that I was there. Got a text back confirming and shortly there after got a text stating food is done and will be out shortly. 20 minutes later no food. My husband went in and it's sitting on a table by the door so he took it.Broccoli cheddar soup used to be great but this soup is so disappointing now. It is crazy watered down. And the flavor is just as diluted. Definitely will be my last time there. All around dissappoting service and meal.

$43 dollars for lunch for 2 and I left hungry. Very tiny and tasteless salad with hardly any chicken in it. My friend had a salad that was doused in dressing and a small mac and cheese and literally finished the m&c in 4 bites. So disappointing. Will not go back.
Cmon guys. I’m so in love with Panera but the soup is awful. You Didn’t close bowl with soup and bowl with chicken. I’m upset guysYou can do it better
Pricey for what I get. Very skimpy on the tuna fish on the sandwich. Prices too high. Soups are never hot enough.
Low on supplies also they don't spread the cream cheese on the bagels. Very time consuming.
My brother and I ordered takeout Thursday (2/10/22) afternoon. Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich, Toasted Frontega Chicken, Peach/Blueberry w/Almond Milk Smoothie and Mango Smoothie. We both came down with FOOD POISONING! NOT FUN!
