Very Rude Customer Service And Unprofessional….. Never Buying From Them Again
Most rude and awful customer service I’ve ever received. Have to ask them for utensils and they told me if I want them to just cancel my order I should be home ordering when I ordered it to my job for dinner. They take forever to deliver and are hardly understandable. The food is mediocre at best. Don’t waste your money or time on this place as I will never bother again this experience was the last straw.

The food is great but the pickup is kind of crazy. It is like Fort Knox or a rough neighborhood liquors store. Please change this, it is super off putting. Would like to keep ordering the great food. No need to not allow customers to walk in for the pick up…
I order there food today a little over $50 worth of food an let me tell you it was the worst Chinese food I ever had! Hot n sour soup thick like jello, I’m just never refer anyone or even think of ordering from them again!
This Chinese restaurant is ok. I've had better Chinese but this place seems to be the place I always order from due to convenience. They have one of the most extensive menu I've seen.
Inconsistent food sometimes good sometimes isn’t . They kept their doors completely closed this ENTIRE pandemic every place has theirs opened with mask procedures or even without it. Very sketchy don’t know what’s going on with your food because you can’t even step foot inside . You have to stand in the rain, heat or snow to wait if your picking up you food very tacky .
The best you're going to get in Schenectady maybe even tri-state area
