Food is always fresh and hot, especially the French fries.
Got a 10 piece spicy chicken nugget and they gave me one regular nugget without asking. Nuggets we’re all old and cold. Also got cheeseburgers that were cold and put together in a very sloppy manner. Fries were old and cold.Employees are not friendly at all. Horrible just horrible.
Best McDonald's around my food is always fresh and boy can they move that drive thru the customer service is fantastic they make you feel at home I love that place.
I recently moved to Schenectady and the first time I tried this McDonalds it was a HUGE miss and I swore I wouldn’t go back. However, I gave it another try the last few times since then have been great! the food has been correct and hot and the service has been speedy! Not sure if there is a new staff but they are doing great regardless ?? ☺️

At approximately 2:55pm on 2/20/22 the employee at the drive through gave the car in front of us our order (mcflurry & large sweet tea) to which they rejected since it wasn't their order. We pulled up, he didn't know our order and until we confirmed what our order was tried to give us the order of mcflurry and sweet tea that was provided to the car in front of us (that they touched and returned). Both items were sitting in the drive through window and he attempted to give us the items they returned. We rejected the 2 items and he said "no, take it". We refused until he made new ones. Our car was the blue Subaru WRX to reference what happened on your security cameras. This is terrible considering COVID. I will not be coming back here.
Was there on the evening of 2/25/22. Was told to pull up from the window even though place was empty and no one in the drive thru. The meal was awful. Fish that seemed like it was made hours earlier and a double cheeseburger that was the greasiest one I ever had and not put together. Ended up with bad food poisoning. Stay away from this one.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s around. I honestly don’t understand why it’s still open. It is very rare that you are not asked to pull into a spot to wait for your food. Last week, it was 18 minutes from when they charged my card to when I got my food. Just regular menu items, nothing unusual. There’s also a very good chance that you get someone else’s order. There has been several times I watched them give my order to another car and then take it back out after the other customer pulled things out of the bag before they realized it was the wrong order. They then walk it over to your car like some other random customer wasn’t digging through it. Honestly, so many bad experiences here.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat, taking a work break helping friends with their house,very clean,very fast, awesome employees there.
