The fries were cold and the burger was barely warm
If I could give them a Zero I would because it literally feels like I just ate death. My crispy chicken deluxe had moldy lettuce and tomatoes in it and wow…very disappointing
The McDonalds on Altamont Ave has always been a positive experience for me. I always use the drive thru, but they are quick, efficient, and I've never had a problem with my order. I've never had to pull forward or into a parking spot to wait for someone to bring out my food, which I find annoying when it happens to me. All in all, during peak and non-peak times, they seem to function very well.
Food was barely cooked people out the windows were very in polite didn’t see no gloves on they just don’t care about there jobs
I'm so sick of ordering $30+ worth of food just for every item to be cold AND burnt. Also 80% of the time my order is wrong. I'm tired of getting nasty fast food when the prices are the highest they've ever been. Called to complain and they did absolutely nothing to compensate me. This is the only place where its acceptable to hand people disgusting old food. 5 guys and basically any other establishment would never let people leave with cold food.
Not once have I been able to go through the drive through and get a breakfast order done correctly
The one Spanish lady in the back drive thru always mumbles is never pleasant and she has such long nails I’m always scared that she’s going to end up poking me one day
This McDonald's is always speedy and orders are correct when going inside or through the drive thru.
The employees here at this location are always very nice. I appreciate that BIG TIME.
Worst place ever they have wicked attitudes and making our food they were taking lettuce off the table and put it on our sandwiches. Than I asked them to remake them and they still put our food on the Nasty counter without a wrapper. Very unsanitary and never going back to this one.!
