My son has autism and he doesn't like anything but a bun. Order this and they still put pickles ketchup and onions on his hamburger. It sad when it say plain and no meat on it and yet they put on it anyways. I think this place need to hire people that actually cares or train them again to read a screen and not rush. I don't think I will be returning to this one again.
Solid suburban McD's location almost exactly the same distance from Schenectady as it is to Albany. Workers move, but you can end up waiting a spell for your food, and they ain't always too nice. But hell, you want the food, right?
Warning they are not 24 hours! This franchisee should be ashamed of themselves for misleading the public. There are workers inside but they are not taking order just making people wait! All the light are on and it says 24 hours don’t believe them they are lying.
The worst food at mc Donald's. Order through grab hub look at the order. And what they deliver one small kid burger and 4 pc nuggets that's it It's the 2nd time happen. I think the guys working at mc Donald's they are not professional
Almost never get my food right. I don't typically like to make complaints... but I've been here a few times and customer service kind of stinks here.. bad attitudes.. food is always missing, have been handed soda in broken cups that have spilled all over my car. And when I do have to ask for missing food they often seem agitated with me.. it sucks.
My food is typically fresh, but I wish they'd stop messing up my drink. I'm diabetic I ask for diet soda, don't advertise it if you don't have it.
The one o. State st. The people there are so rude. Plus you need to count ur change when you get it back trust me they got my husband foe 16.00 in change he current understanding ever talk in some foreign language so you just drove away but we'll never go back there
Awesome customer service ! I placed my order. Within no time I had my food. Both workers were very polite. It’s funny, I stop in once in a while for McDonald’s on Central Avenue in Albany. I’m used to waiting up to 20 minutes for food. The customer service there is very bad. On top of waiting forever for your food you have to deal with rude workers in AlbanyKeep up the good work. You guys are the best!
