Food ordered at 745 on a Wednesday shows up at 930 Luke warm and they didn't apologize for clearly forgetting our order. Couldve threw in an extra egg roll or something sheesh.
Placed order by phone. Asked for total. Offered my payment info and was told payment at time of pickup at restaurant. Perfect time to tell me cash only, yes? NOPE! At pick up was told cash only, ATM available at restaurant. How convenient! Except for the $5+ in fees for using out of network ATM that is. If I’d known I could have brought cash. OR opted not to order from them, hmmmm. Besides that, food was bland. I actually had to salt the fried rice. Never had to do that before at any Chinese place. My husband called to complain and lady kept saying she couldn’t hear and hung up on him. Twice I see they’ve been pulling this for a looong time. Surprised they’re still in business
The food is OK, but whoever is on the phone is rude and act like she not trying to make money when we spend at least 60 ordering a couple things. So their customer service could use some adjusting because there’s too many Chinese restaurants to be rude.
Do not eat here she has bugs the ladies mad rude and disrespectful they don't wear masks they're nasty here they have 3.5 stars for a reason you guys do not order food from this place
The food is always on point. Hot fresh and even their mustard is the best.
I walked in to place my order. Went to use my credit card and was told cash only. I didn’t see a cash only anywhere inside nor on door. The menu didn’t state “cash only” either. Was told only way to use a card was order online. Food was ok. Was here on business so luckily I had some cash on hand. The business really needs to advertise “cash only”.
I have been ordering from here for years and I will always order from here. I love the Wontons soup with 5 extra wontons and I love the Chicken and Broccoli with pork fried rice. The employees are very friendly and they always remember my order without having to mention when I walk in. These days since covid i haven't gone to the restaurant for pickup as much. The few times that I did the employees still remember my order and I personally feel like that makes a huge difference. Personally I believe if you order from places and the workers can not only remember who I am but also my order that is magnificent. The food is amazing and I have to say they are the best around.
Easily the worst chinese place ive ever been to. Eggrolls are empty, unless you count the entire cup of grease that pours out when you take them out of the bag

Wonton soup was slamming egg rolls were crunchy and tasted yummy pork loin mein was very tasty noodles a little to soft for my liking but nothing perfect am I right and the crab ragons omg a little sweet with just enough chewy crunchy wrapper around the filling 5 stars
