Hands down THE BEST crispy chicken wrap and fried mushrooms I have ever had! Quality food and great portions. I ordered pick up and this was my first experience with this establishment. I was welcomed and even though the place was busy, the counter staff was able to take care of every customer,in an amazing amount of time! Cleanest place I've seen around here in the past few years!! I have found my new go to!!
First time visiting. Ordered a simple sub and a salad. Waited over a half hour for it, and watched customers who ordered subs after me receive their orders before me. One such customer was given a sub that came out at the same time as my salad. I was informed that the staff had made a mistake and that was why my order was not being made in a timely fashion when I asked what was the delay. The attitude was very unapologetic and being short staffed and having new staff was given as the reason for the mistake. When I was offered a pizza for free on the house, which I appreciate, I turned that down as I am not looking for free food. I just want the food I order to be made in an accurate timely fashion. Very disappointed as I had heard great things about this restaurant. I hope these issues get addressed.
My friends John brought BBQ & Garlic Parm boneless wings from here to my party this weekend. THEY WERE AMAZING! I live 20 minutes away but I'm planning a trip this weekend to try their pizza!
The pizza was fantastic. The reaper wings were not as hot as I expected with a name like reaper. However, I can eat really hot food.
BEST PIZZA!! Highly recommend, always cooked perfectly(crispy as requested!) Very tasty too. IMHO best in the area.
Our first time there after hearing great things. I consider myself a bit of a (toasted) italian mix sub aficionado and they just served me THE BEST IM sub I've ever had, no doubt. Great service and atmosphere too, not to mention an amazing assortment of pastries, cookies, cheesecakes, etc. I'm sold and look forward to my next visit.
Pizza was totally BURNT !!! (I mean the crust and bottom were black), puddles of grease just layed on top of the slices. It was $3.50 a SLICE !!! I would of been better off going to Troy to Jimmy's Pizzeria on 5th Ave , where they use real cheese .
My daughter requested wings for her birthday and nobody would touch them. They look and taste horrible. $50 gone and they were awful!! Plus they took another 25 minutes on top of the 35 they originally told me, so guests were at my house before I even got home.
Every single time I've order, the food has never been at the time the staff has told us. Typically we end up waiting at least 20 additional minutes. I'd rather be told an honest time than a lie. The last straw was when we ordered 2 eggplant parm and a chicken parm sandwiches. The eggplant was raw on both sandwiches and the chicken was dry and grizzly. When they 1st opened the food was good but not anymore.
That's a really good place for pizza and they got excellent off baked goods
