I made an effort to place an order at 9:20am fir a delivery specified at 11:45 lm for lunch at 12pm. I made this clear to the girl who answered. A number of pizzas and sodas for staff who work outside to buy them lunch. I paid $81.00 and gave them an even $100 to be sure to be on time. They showed up 35 mon late. Unacceptable. Adding NO UTENSILS, CUPS OR NAPKINS! The men had to use washed out coffee cups. Truly embarrassed. I called back and the " Manager" said " oh I see all the ordering you've done with us, I'll have ANTHONY' call you back and make it right " ( NO CALL BACK) We spent so much $ there for an entire graduation on a cruise boat for 75 people.... never again. The addition they are building is irrelevant if your service stinks. Many many other family establishments to support!
Got my delivery without the soda i ordered, called them and they said oh yeah thay was a mistake on our end we didnt add the soda to your order. So i went over pricing cu it didnt sound right. Mind you they asked if i wamted to put a tip on the card for the driver and i saod yes 10 bucks. So now in the end, i have to wait for a re-delivery of my soda and they charged me a 5 dollar delivery charge thay thwy never even mentioned to me. Wtffff so baiscally i paid 15 bucks to deliver right down the street
My family placed $160 order today, the largest cost of that order was 40 wings (half BBQ, half mild). We know they're expensive right now, this is in NO WAY a complaint about the price of the wings. This was a TERRIBLE experience in customer service.They were delivered, we were shorted 10, and there was NO sauce. Not in a separate bag, none. When we called we were told that they would deliver the sauces. But by the time they got here our food would be cold to which the manager told me we should "pop them in your oven".Well Homestyle, if we wanted to "pop anything in the oven" today we would've paid less $ and cooked our own dinner. I questioned the managers solution and his response was, "well we're not sending you another 40 wings. They're too expensive, that's nuts".I understand today was probably very busy, that's part of running a business, functioning well under pressure. It's not our problem that they would be taking a loss to correct their mistake, provide better customer service, and ensure we are returning customers.We should've just waited to get through to Highbridge Pizza, despite how much busier they were, because at least they show appreciation for their customers.
The pizza is always fresh and tasty, the salads are big, the desserts here are better than most places. Very reasonable prices. They have a really good rewards program.
Very well pleased with the customer service. Awesome manager and great cooks. The wings are amazing here, can’t go wrong with Home Style. Keep up the great service and tasty entrees!
Home Style Pizza has always consistently produced very tasty food. Their staff is very responsive and friendly. I would always recommend this restaurant for good food and service.
Money well spent! Just received our second meal, food was fresh ,hot , tasty just like nonna makes! Kudos to everyone at home style❤️
One of my ex-mother-in-law's favourite spots for herself and the whole gang. We enjoyed the place and the food. Service is also good. My fav would be the stromboli :)
Homestyle pizza isn't what it used to be.Poor quality,and generally not a good experience.Sad,because it used to be great
Honestly, this may be the worst pizza I've ever had.Way overpriced, doughy and greasy with basic tomato sauce.Store-bought frozen pizza would be a better idea...It's hard to mess up Pizza, but they managed too.
